Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please use a residential or business address to ensure proper delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Lusso Véra is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred for U.S. orders. All applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@lussoveraofficial.com within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will work to resolve the issue as swiftly and thoughtfully as possible.
