Refund policy

Due to the premium nature of our product and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • Your full name and order number

  • A clear photo of the issue (e.g., damaged box or jar)

  • Description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Eligibility for Replacement

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required


Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on any:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Items purchased during final sale or limited-edition drops
